Can I customize the wording be changed?

Absolutely! All our designs can be customized to match your vision. You can change the wording to fit your event. If you have a specific request outside of a wording change, fill out the contact form and we will see if we can make it happen!

Do you offer samples?

Yes, we offer sample so you can see and feel the quality of our products before placing a full order. Samples are not personalized. To order a sample, visit our Samples Section and choose the product you'd like to preview.

Do you offer matching sets or additional stationery items?

Yes, many of our designs are part of a cohesive collection that includes matching invitations, save the dates, place cards, and thank you cards. Matching accessories can be found at the bottom of the product listing page.

If you don’t see what you’re looking for, contact us, and we’ll see if we can create a custom set tailored to your needs.

Do you offer other paper and envelope colors?

We only carry high-quality white cardstock and matching white envelopes to ensure consistency and elegance for all of our products.

Do you offer foil-pressed products?

While we don’t currently offer foil-pressed products, we focus on providing beautifully crafted designs using high-quality materials. All of our designs are printed using ink.

Creating Your Spreadsheet

How do I make a spreadsheet for my place cards?

How to make your spreadsheet for place cards

1. Start a new blank spreadsheet. This can be done in Excel, Google Sheets, etc.

2. Add these headings to row 1 of each column for which you have information. Feel free to omit any category you will not need. For example, if you do not want table numbers on your place cards, you will not need to include that column in the spreadsheet.
a. First Name
b. Last Name
c. Meal Choice
d. Table Number
e. Allergies

3. Add the corresponding information to each column. Add all names, tables, meals, etc. We will use the information exactly as it appears, so be sure to double check spellings, capitalizations, and be sure your information is up to date!

4. Once you've added all necessary information, please export the file as a ".csv".
For Excel: Go to File > Save As > CSV (Comma delimited)
For Google Sheets: Go to File > Download > Comma Separated Values (.csv)

How do I make a spreadsheet for my printed envelopes?

How to make your address spreadsheet for envelope printing

1. Start a new blank spreadsheet. This can be done in Excel, Google Sheets, etc.

2. Add these headings to row 1 of each column. Be sure to create every column separately. Spreadsheets with the entire address in one column will NOT work.
a. All Names
b. Address Line 1
c. Address Line 2 (optional)
d. City
e. State
f. Zip Code

3. Add the corresponding information to each column. Add all names and address information to the appropriate column. We will use the information exactly as it appears, so be sure to double check spellings, addresses, and that your guest list is up to date!

4. Once you've added all the information, please export the file as a ".csv".

Ordering Process

What is your process for reviewing and approving proofs?

After you place your order, we’ll send you a digital proof via email within 1 business days. You’ll have the opportunity to review the proof and request any wording changes. Once you’re completely happy with the design, you can let us know you approve it and we will move forward with printing. Please note that production will not begin until we receive your approval.

What is your turnaround time for orders?

Our typical turnaround time varies depending on the type of order. For personalized proofs, you’ll receive your first draft within 1 business day. Once you approve the final proof, production takes about 2-3 business days. Shipping times depend on your location and chosen shipping method, but most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days. For rush orders, please contact us directly, and we’ll set up a custom order for the extra expedited shipping.

Shipping and Returns

What are your shipping options and policies?

We offer standard, priority and expedited shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons, so plan your order accordingly.

What is your return, cancellation, or refund policy?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once production has begun. However, if you need to cancel your order before we email the proof, we can issue a full refund. If there is an issue with your printed items, please contact us within 21 days of delivery, and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
